Volunteers wanted

What to expect:

Dive into fantastic

Pole & Aerial Art weekends

and be inspired by up to

600 performances.

What would a championship be without helpers? Desolate!

The participants are excited, they need your physical and also mental support, whether it is at the check in, orienting the venue, warm up, selling waffles, backstage and especially on stage that they always have cleaned poles for their performance or the participants have helpers to hang the aerial materials (Hoop/Silks/Hammock), to set up the props.

This one moment is a challenge, excitement, thrill, heart racing for each and every participant and you can be a part of making the participants and spectators of the hall with around 270 seats plus the participants seats, as comfortable as possible.

Receive your staff shirt, your goodie bag with lots of great goodies, coupons and vouchers from well-known manufacturers in the pole & aerial art scene and the opportunity to secure a starting spot next year (2024).* Your shift ends at noon? Or doesn't start until noon? Then watch the championship for free in the participant seats at the very back.

  • For the early shift, there will be a rich breakfast buffet in the morning, so that everyone can start the day strengthened. (Normal & Vegetarian)

  • For the late shift we order something to eat in the afternoon (at our expense! Normal & Vegetarian)

  • Coffee, tea & water (medium/still) , Coke, Fanta & Sprite is also included in your shift.

  • The fruit in the participants warm up area may of course be eaten during your shift as well.

  • And at the waffle stand you get the waffles for the preferential and cost price of 1 €, the whole day.

Early shift: 06:30 - 14:30

Handover: 14:15 - 14:30 hrs

Late shift: 14:15 - ca. 21/22 o'clock

Breakfast: From 7:30 a.m.

Lunch:  At the big break, approx. 3 p.m. (+/- time delay in schedule).

Breaks: There are always breaks in the schedule. As a rule, there should be enough helpers registered per point, so that it is always possible to go to the toilet, eat / drink, take small breaks and watch in the participants' places.

There is still a set-up team and dismantling team. Further explanations and times can be found in the application form.

What else do you have to take care of? Only about a place to sleep and the arrival/departure.

For example, there is a modern youth hostel nearby.

It's best to coordinate with your friends. For example, if you come with 4 people / sign up as a helper, you can also share the fuel costs. Helpers who sign up for the whole day will be preferred - so you also have the whole day food/drink free and you can still enjoy everything.

This is indispensable for a harmonious cooperation and a strengthened team, which has already resulted in great friendships:

  • Reliability

  • Punctuality

  • Team player

NO GO:

Don't say anything and just don't show up! -> We count on you, you are an important cog! Working through 2 days at a stretch "NONSTOP" is not nice because someone left his team hanging. You can, may and should even enjoy the championship. You can see your important participants of course. For that we want to be a big team that can take turns and everyone has the possibility to see his favorite performances - and that without paying entrance fee.

Please keep this in mind when applying to be a helper. Be sure that you have a vacation, there is no family party. And even if "your" participant may cancel due to injury, that you still want to be there.

We look forward to seeing you!
